Information: Tankor performs sadistic experiments on his foes, just for the hell of it, despite being heavily armored and having a large cannon, his primary goals are scientific. He doesn't care about any Megatron or command structure, as he prefers to serve his own agenda
Weapons: Large shoulder/vehicle mode cannon, Buzzsaw on arms/in improvized torture chamber mode

"....um....hi?" Techsound smiled under her mask and waved slightly at Tankor, she was a bit scared of him, but thought it would be nice to talk to somebody other than Tori, Del, or Soundwave...who really didn't say much himself but...

"What do you want Decepticon female?" Tankor snapped at the femme

Techsound sighed, seems he was like Avalanche... "One, for you to not yell at me when I'm tring to be polite, and two, to learn you name, sir." Techsound growled, placing her hands on her hips.

"My name is irrelevant to you, but tell me yours" he readied his internal logs to record data on the new specimen before him

"Techsound." She replied, glaring at the bot, being the medic she was, she didn't really have much in the 'intimidating department' to get him to tell her his name so she sighed again.

"Internal Log: The female appears to be of a timid nature for a Decepticon, and can therefore be potentially manipulated in the future" Tankor stored away the internal log into his mind and conversed with the femme
"Very well 'Techsound', my name is Tankor, tell me, where is the nearest scientific institute or command centre on this amalgamated planet?" His red optic pulsated across his eye visor as he spoke

"Yeah, that information is irrelevant." Techsound replied, sarcastically. "Ask Soundwave or Shockwave if you really wanna know, Tankor." She told him, "They pretty much run the place after all..."

"We shall see...." Tankor mumbled to himself

"I heard that..." Techsound told him, tapping on the receptors on the side of her head, what she lacked in armor, and guns she made up for in reception and speed, "Maybe I should tell them what you said..." She wagged one of her fingers at him.

"You rang?" Soundwave tried with Humor. there stood a decepticon legend. "Techsound. is this cybertronian troubling you?" he asked. he looked out for his subordinates.

"Other than being an all-around jerk, no, sir." She replied, "he's just like Avalanche on that front..." She muttered.

"which one are you then?" he asked Soundwave

"Meaning not understood." Soundwave said. "I am decepticon leader of communications Soundwave." he said.

"A communications expert?" he said outloud "that could be useful in the future" he added internally

"Oi, he didn't stutter, so unless your receptors are messed up you shouldn't have to repeat yourself..." Techsound growled, something about Tankor seemed to irritate her...

"Thank you Soundwave" he turned to glare at Techsound "and you should learn manners my dear" with that he walked off

Techsound frowned, "I have manners, I just don't use them on jerks." She fumed.

Tankor transformed into his tank mode and drove on, looking for more things to analyse

Avalanche saw Tankor and grinned, 'Never seen him before, wonder if he'd like to dance...' He started making the area around Tankor shake hard.

Tankor recalibrates his tank treads to the changing ground conditions "Hmm..this part of the planet seems to be structurally unsound, perhaps I should report this to the nearest authority figure...or maybe I sound recycle some nearby robots for raw materials and fix the area myself?"

Avalanche grinned and jumped in front of Tankor, "...and you are?" Avalanche made the area stop shaking.

"Vehicon Tankor. formerly the maximal Rhinox. his spark had been put into a new tank body. he now has a new agenda. he has plans for all of us. if you had read the records Tankor. you would have known that I hear all. including thoughts. any signal I can tap. even brainwaves to sparkwaves," Soundwave answered for the tank.

(We all know Soundwave can read minds. it's just how he does it.)
