She can smother a bot with so much love that by the end of her assault, they'd be willing to do anything for her, even if her wishes include jumping off a cliff.
Or...
She can crush a processor with so much pain that the target would soon lapse into irreparable insanity, coma, then eventually, death.

Her secondary weapons are her wings. Her 'feathers' are actually rows of razor blades she can send flying at a target from afar with a flap of her wings. Oh, and here's a helpful tip: Don't be at the receiving end.

Personality: Millions of stellar cycles have made Dementia paranoid and guarded. But once you've been deemed an ally by her, she can seem slightly kinder.
But once in combat, she changes into a complete savage, ripping apart Autobots with her bare servos. Some people call it insane she likes to call it "having fun."

Dementia is a wolf in sheep's clothing. Though she may look like a celestial angel, she is just as ruthless as any other random Decepticon. Mercilessly bending thoughts processes to break alliances, destroy Autobots, and ultimately dominate her enemies.
She has lived for millions of stellar cycles, surviving off of the fresh energon of her kills. And in those stellar cycles, she has only grown stronger, honing her skills with long, hard practice in hopes of one day wiping the Autobots off the face of the universe.
